It's OK if you don't have time to exercise. 

You're still going to look amazing for your wedding because I've found/created time you didn't even know you had. 

 

Here are 6 very easy ways to find 30 minutes every single day to tone, sweat and feel confident for your magical day!

1. Put it in your calendar.

  • Physically write it in your calendar or put in your Google, Mac calendar

  • Having 30 minute blocks already mapped out in your calendar for the week/month allows you to structure your day around your wedding fitness goals

  • Take control of the things you can - your 24 hours is YOUR 24 hours!

 

2. Pay yourself.

  • Set a goal of working out 90 times (for just 30 minutes or more)

  • Think of a gift - could be a bag, shoes, watch...

  • Following every workout, give yourself $10 or $20

  • Don't touch it until you've hit 90 sessions. Once you do hit 90 sessions, go spoil yourself

  • FYI - it could be 60 or even 30 sessions. But 90 will give you very exciting results!

 

3. Clothes prep.

  • Many of my pre-wedding clients waste time looking their workout shoes and clothes when it's time to head out and hit the gym

  • Set out your clothes in already-made piles, so you just have to grab and go without thinking

  • If you don't have enough workout clothes to make it through a week... head to Wal-Mart or Winners to stock up. Don't worry about swagging out and looking amazing at the gym. By all means, you can. But that Lulu Lemon and Nike attire will hurt your pocket if you try and have 7 sets.

  • Have enough so you can make through a week with only doing laundry once 

 

4. Say "NO!"

  • It's your wedding. Learn to say "NO!" without apologizing. 

  • If it doesn't line up with your goals, say no and focus on the things that matter

  • Don't feel bad - in fact, people will respect the fact that you're valuing your health and fitness

 

5. Set a sleep alarm.

  • For IOS users - click "CLOCK", then click "BEDTIME". Set your "SLEEP ALARM" to give you at least 6.5 to 8 hours

  • Waking up early will obviously give you more energy and time in the morning to workout

  • But the great thing about this is that around 9:30pm OR whenever your "BEDTIME" is set up, an alarm will go off to notify you that you should sleep soon to ensure you get your required amount of sleep

  • It seems simple, but it's effective in structuring your day

 

6. Stop Creeping.

  • Social media is great! It's probably how you found me... haha

  • But just make sure you control it and it doesn't control you!

  • I know so many people spend countless minutes scrolling and creeping - have segments of the day where you turn off your phone OR put it on airplane mode so you can workout

  • You'd be surprised how great this works
