STEP #1 [download + sync]

  • Download Nudge

  • Make sure your FitBit account is synced

  • YOU DON'T NEED A PHYSICAL FITBIT FOR THIS TO WORK!

 

STEP #2 [daytime]

DURING THE DAY...  

  • use FITBIT to log 2 things: WATER and EVERYTHING ELSE

  • for WATERhit “+” and “log water”

  • for EVERYTHING ELSE (food, coffee, alcohol, snacks…) - hit “+” and “log food”

 

PART #3 [nighttime]

AT NIGHT, just before you sleep...

Use NUDGE to log your:

  • nutrition servings (only Fruit, Veggies & Protein)

  • activity (Run, Fitness Class OR Weights)

  • sleep

Here’s the truth. Scales tells the truth and lie at the same time. Body fat percentage is a much better, more reliable way for to understand your weight. If you gain weight because you’ve put on muscle, your body fat percentage goes down – and that’s a good thing, even though your overall weight increases.

 

But…

 

My happiest and most successful brides have achieved their pyramid level of bliss focusing on the 3 Cs:

  • Clothes - how do they fit?

  • Confidence - how high is it?

  • Compliments - how many are you getting?
