Just follow these simple rules and you’ll have guilt-free have fun without losing any momentum towards your ultimate goal!

 

Rule #1 [50 LBS = 1 DRINK]

  • Have 1 drink for every 50 lbs you are 

  • If you’re 100 lbs, that’s 2 drinks. If you weigh 150 lbs that’s 3 drinks

 

Rule #2 [ALL CALORIES MATTER]

  • Choose lower calorie drinks AND lower fat late-nite snacks

Rule #4 [MIX WITH SPARKLING WATER]
