I JUST GOT MY ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS AND I'M NOT HAPPY

STEP 1:

Breath!

It’s better that you’re unhappy NOW rather than at your first dress fitting! So breath, and focus on the positives!

 

STEP 2:

Start where you are!

What exercises do you enjoy? Whether you hate or love working out - it doesn’t matter right now! Start doing more of what feels rewarding, what you have access to and what makes your heart smile. >> STEAL THIS <<

 

STEP 3:

Change what you eat!

Either start a Macro Calorie Counting diet OR be meticulous and clean up your current eating habits. Use the myfitnesspal app OR use THIS MEAL GUIDE when buying groceries. Follow these guidelines and you’ll quickly see changes in your body:

  • Eliminate ALL added sugars

  • Drink 1 gallon of water per day

  • Have vegetables and/or fruit at every meal

  • Plan ahead so you DON’T skip meals or resort to fast food

  • Have a cheat meal every 13 days

 

CONCLUSION:

Yesterday doesn’t matter. And tomorrow always today! Keep it simple, but be smart - what you eat today, determines how you’ll look and feel on your wedding day!
